Back in the day as a young teen I remember leafing through my Dad's "girly" magazines hoping to catch a glimpse of what lay hidden beneath the usual bush of hair. It was fairly usual practice to airbrush out the labia to present a smooth V shape with no detail, presumably to avoid falling foul of the censors, but sometimes for whatever reason it was not censored, those pictures were truly the holy grail and my first clue of how girls were so different to boys.
