Copyright complaint received / Gallery Flagged

This needs an image specific message.
If an image has violated copyright or doesnt comply to site standards...give us the chance to delete the specific file!
If you send a generic 'under review' decision there is no chance to comply!
It takes effort to add content to YOUR site. If you dont want user content then post it all yourselves.
Entire galleries deleted / users profiles deleted without any chance of alteration is unfair to content providers. Especially if all the content is downloaded from imagefap itself and then only flagged on re-upload!
How are we supposed to know which image is in question without pointing it out?
Are we supposed to upload again and the face a profile ban for serial offending?

This is how we have done it since we opened the site.

You will NOT know the deleted file. Why? Because history shows us the user will upload the same exact picture later on just to be an a-hole.

That is your communications. If you need more about copyright deletions it is mentioned many times on the forum.

I think the "copyright complaint" is the difficult one to understand as it seems open to interpretation. I had 2 sets removed the other day - a gallery of a model called Tanya and another of the model Amy Goodhead. Amy Goodhead has been flogging her ass (other orifices are available) on Onlyfans and escort sites for some time which is ok but I have no idea how she can claim copyright of photographs from professional porn sites when their images implicitly state that the copyright is owned by the site and not the model. But hey ho, I guess this site doesn't want permanent pain from OF. I don't blame them.
Tanya - a set from Mature Erotic (which used to be on the Forbidden list many years ago) was stranger - considering there are many sets of her from the very same site on imagefap. Not galleries uploaded years ago either - some quite recent. I can't figure that one out at all as if someone was searching for Tanya, they would have seen the galleries quite clearly. Once warned, I take note and do not then repeat that particular mistake.
TBH, as for Copyright Complaint - if I had to put up with some of the shite that admin get, I'd use it as a catch-all reason to get rid of someone who is always moaning and groaning about the rules. But that's me, I'm a miserable git.

Genius. So withouth pointing out the specific image[s] the chances of them being re-uploaded is exponentially increased!
Your work around doesn't work.
Anyway, i'm sure you deal with grumpy cnts all day and i'm not going to add to it.
It seems to be the trans gallery thats the problem so im not going to try for a 4th time

Longhairfish has gone into this subject many times. You have to realise that in some cases, images that you've copied from IFAP and posted onto the site may not have been on the forbidden content list when they were originally posted. Now that they are, you fall foul of the rule. You have set yourself up to being a nuisance. That won't end well.

So, this type of copyright comes up once in a while. Say some chick was in a contract with a website to do multiple photo shoots. A professional / commercial website and well established. This is how the girls worked for decades. from the Playboy sites up until Brazzers, BangBros and so on. Then comes OnlyFans. The girls (or guys) sign up to OnlyFans. Then they remember "Holy Fuck! I am all over the internet!" This means their OnlyFans account won't make much money since the pictures are already on many sites for free. The girls make a mad scramble to email all the sites they can find, including us, to remove copyrighted pictures.

Yep, the summer of 2016 was a mess around here. All of a sudden we were bombed with copyright / DMCA requests to remove pictures. That sucked. I remember it clearly.

One other thing to add, people like to get "In my face" saying - "Well I found the pictures on imagefap and uploaded them again!"

Well, that doesn't mean you can upload the pictures or gallery again. Some common sense is needed ya know?

True, There is loads of onlyfans, score, brazzers etc stuff that may all be pre-forbidden content. But it is totally daft to knowingly copy and upload something like that.

People do what people do. Either due to total ignorance or just to be an ass. It's pretty much 50/50 I think
