Blocking categories - Improved

Hi everyone!

As you might know you can block certain categories of pictures you don't want to see.

For the last 18 years the default blocked galleries was set to 10, but for some unknown reason the exact amount was 9. Weird!

Anyway, the limit of categories you can block is now 15. Check it out!
